Walsh Ranch HOA

Walsh Ranch Municipal Utility District

The Walsh Ranch Municipal Utility District ("MUD") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas authorized by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality ("TCEQ") to provide water, sewage, drainage and other services within the MUD boundaries.  


The MUD's source of water is a combination of water supplies from the City of Round Rock, including surface water from the City of Round Rock's surface water treatment plant, which draws from Lake Georgetown, and groundwater from several wells.  Wastewater teatment for the MUD is also provided by the City of Round Rock.


The MUD consists of approximately 99.52 acres and serves the Walsh Ranch subdivision and the Walsh Middle School located in the Round Rock, Texas ETJ. 


MANDATORY STAGE 2 WATER RESTRICTIONS
      Odd Addresses:    SATURDAY irrigation
       Even Addresses:  SUNDAY irrigation
       School/HOA/MUD: TUESDAY or FRIDAY irrigation (only 1 day/week)
