2. When is the water bill due?
Your water bill is due by the date specified in each billing statement. A late charge of 10% will be added for each monthly billing date any delinquent amount remains unpaid. If a bill remains delinquent for 15 days, water service may be discontinued and reconnection fees may apply upon restoration of service.

4. What are the water rates?
Effective 10/01/11, the current rate order specifies the monthly base residential water and wastewater rate to generally be $35.00 (more for larger meters) which includes fees for weekly trash collection service. For residential customers each 1,000 gallons of water service costs $2.76 and each 1,000 gallons of wasterwater costs $4.29. Wastewater service is billed based on winter averaging. Water purchases are measured for each homeowner during cycles beginning in December through February, and the monthly average is used for the next twelve months for the wastewater component to your water bill beginning on your March bill. For example, a homeowner that uses a three-month average of 10,000 gallons during this winter averaging period (December - February) will be billed 10,000 wastewater gallons for each of the 12 months beginning on their March water bill.
5. Who do I call if there is a water leak?
Crossroads Utility Services maintains and repairs water and sewer mains from the street to the meter. Residents are responsible for water lines from the meter to the house. Crossroads cannot repair your plumbing or fix leaks on your property, so if you have a problem, please call a plumber.
If you see a leak at the meter or water running in the street, please call Crossroads at (512) 246-1400 immediately to report the problem.
5. How do I report a streetlight that is flickering or is not coming on at night?
You should report the streetlight to Oncor online using the link below. All the streetlight poles are numbered and GPS tagged, so you can identify the exact streetlight on the google map provided on their site.
